All of our Turks and Caicos itineraries are 7-day trips and depart from the main island of Providenciales. Trips depart on Saturday afternoon with boarding starting at noon. The boat is not located at a marina (marinas in the area are too shallow for us to access) so Juliet will be anchored out in Sapodilla Bay which can be difficult to locate. Please be sure to inform the office of your travel plans so we can arrange to get you on board efficiently.
Air Travel
Airlines that fly into Providenciales (PLS):
Search for the best rates on Kayak.com, Travelocity, Orbitz or Expedia.
If you are flying in the day of departure (Saturday) please be sure to include your airline and flight information on your passenger information form so that we know when you will be arriving. A crew member will meet you at the airport on Saturday and will escort you via taxi to the anchorage, where the dinghy will bring you out to Juliet for boarding. Look for someone in a Indigo blue shirt or tank top that has the Juliet logo on the chest. Please be aware that we may be meeting a few different flights that day so if you are the first arriving you may need to wait for other passengers to arrive before travelling to the boat.
Often we have found that flight schedules get in later than our planned departure time, or to avoid problems with baggage many passengers prefer to stay overnight the night before the Turks and Caicos trips. If you will be staying overnight Friday night before your trip in Turks and Caicos, please inform the office of which hotel you will be staying at and we will arrange to have a taxi pick you up at noon on Saturday to bring you to the boat. We have a few drivers that are familiar with our situation and know where to bring you to board the boat.
On Friday, we will bring you back to land by dinghy and can arrange taxi transport to the airport for you, or hotel if you’re staying overnight at the end of your trip. To allow for ample no-fly-time we recommend booking flights that depart after noon to avoid having to cut your diving short on Thursday (we will typically offer dives up until 4pm). Current DAN recommendations for no-fly-time are 18-24 hours after multi-day, multi-dive profiles. Always follow your computer’s recommendation and know your personal limitations.
NOTE: Ground transportation costs are not included in your Juliet Sailing and Diving package. Please be sure to bring ample cash to cover taxi fare to and from the airport/hotel/anchorage (assume $20 per leg).

Activities while you’re waiting to board
If you are staying overnight and looking for something to do while on islands, check out Big Blue Unlimited at the east end of Providenciales. They offer Stand-up Paddleboard and biking tours, excursions into the heart of the island, bird-watching, kite-boarding, and much more.
While you’re down that way, pay a visit to the Caicos Conch Farm, the only conch farm in the world, where you can see all the life stages of conch and learn about this incredibly tasty critter.
End your day at the Conch Shack and Rum Bar, one of our favorite places to unwind at the end of the day. Laid back doesn’t even begin to describe it, sipping rum punch on the edge of the ocean, feet in the sand, the taste or cracked conch in your lips… yum!
