Welcome Aboard!
Welcome to Juliet Sailing and Diving. We look forward to hosting your dive and sail vacation! Following is a check list of required and suggested items to make your trip preparation smooth sailing.
Please fill out the following documents before your trip:
Passenger information form – at least one month prior to your departure date
Liability Release – please print, read, sign and bring with you on the trip and present to the designated crew member along with your Passport and Port Fees. We do have extras on board but since you cannot sail if you do not sign the release, we like to give everyone the opportunity to read the document prior to the trip.
You must bring with you your Passport, or CERTIFIED Birth Certificate plus government issued ID.
Recommended Packing List
Soft sided luggage is recommended, and pack light – you probably won’t wear half of what you bring!

Don’t forget toiletries and medicine cabinet items especially if you have favorite brands; including aspirin, cold medicine, soap and shampoo. Shower towels and wash clothes are provided, as well as deck towels for drying off after your dives.
Feel free to bring your favorite CDs and DVDs. We have a full entertainment system on board!
Dive Gear Packing List
- Regulator
- BCD
- Gauges/computer
- Mask, fins, and snorkel (recommended for spearfishing!)
- Dive Light plus fresh batteries and tank light or cyalume sticks (required for night dives)
Weights, weight belts, and tanks are provided. Each passenger has their own dedicated dive station in which to store their gear.
Emergencies
On the boat, in addition to a VHF radio, we have a satellite phone and e-mail. Passengers can use these for ship to shore communication. There is a fee for non-emergency use. Your family and friends at home should contact Juliet Sailing and Diving at 1-866-558-5438 and we will contact the boat.
Will I get seasick?
Possibly, and if it is going to happen it usually occurs on the first day before you’ve grown your sea legs. If you have any concerns and are thinking of taking a Dramamine type product, it has been recommended that you start taking these products 24hrs prior to departure. Read the product label before use.
